Kirsten Carlson was Artist-at-Sea aboard the Falkor earlier this year, she has arranged a special tour for SCBWI members and will include a quick summary of what it means to be an artist-at-sea. The tour will focus on the science program as well as the tools, equipment that Schmidt Ocean Institute gives scientists access to while aboard their ship during research cruises.
