Hawaii State Library, 478 S. King St., Honolulu, HI 96813
SCBWI PAL and Full members are invited to participate in the panel discussions, breakout sessions, keiki storytime, children’s activities and book sales. Associate members are invited to join too! Read and draw for the keiki, participate in the activities, meet and socialize with other members!
Join us for a fun-filled day at the library and meet our fantastic lineup of local authors and illustrators: Joy Au, Chris Caravalho, Kirsten Carlson, Ellie Crowe, David Estes, Leslie Hayashi, Dani Hickman, Lavonne Leong, Christin Lozano, Alina Niemi, Elizabeth Oh, Jessica Orfe, Tammy Yee, and more. The celebration will feature stations for keiki storytime, children's crafts and activities (coloring, origami folding, how-to-draw and making 'zines), Q&A panel presentations, and breakout sessions for beginning authors and illustrators.
Special thanks to members Amanda Allison, Kamalisha Green, Heidi Coryell and Natasha Fisher for volunteering to help make the day a success!
